SPI - subtitles broken, English missing

Selecting subtitles or transcript on at least the first two SPI topics has the languages misconfigured, so selecting English gets you Japanese, selecting Japanese gets you Spanish, and selecting Spanish still gets you Spanish. There’s no way to get English subtitles at the moment, which is a bit of an accessibility issue.

Apologies - this isn’t the first time this has happened. Vimeo (the video host) does automatic subtitle generation on all videos now, but any videos that were uploaded before that was the case sometimes get mixed up in a way i wish i understood - or even moreso in a way i wish vimeo understood. Whats most frustrating is that the correct language shows up on the management page, different from when you view the video anywhere else.
But - I double checked all the SPI videos and a handful of others. Let me know if you notice any that aren’t working right.

Thanks for the heads up, i hope it didn’t derail you for too long.

Looks like the same issue exists on the “discussion” and “walkthrough” videos for the SSD and thermostat sections of the second course as well.

Thanks for the heads up - I just went through and “reapplied” the existing subtitles to the APA2 lectures. There are a few that showed odd errors about invalid subtitles, but seem to work fine on the website now.
Again, sorry for the mixup and let me know if it doesn’t look better on your end.
